My kids’ elementary school holds an event each year to support the movement to Keep Kids Healthy. The lower grades run 1 mile, the upper grades (4th and 5th) run 2 miles. It’s a fun event that the kids are all able to sign up for & parents are invited to attend. Donations support the school’s PTA, and ‘training’ for the Fun Run is an opportunity for children to keep fit and healthy.
